DIRECTOR'S DEALINGS

The Company announces that Mr. Roger Williams, a Director of Sylvania Platinum Limited, informed the Company on 14 May 2014 that he had purchased ordinary shares in the Company on Wednesday 14 May 2014.

Mr. Williams purchased 194,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 7.2 pence. 

Following this transaction, Mr Williams will hold a total of 367,000 shares in Sylvania.
