Management Changes

The Company is pleased to announce that Morgan Morris, who was appointed Interim Finance Director of Slingsby on 13 February 2015, has today been appointed on a permanent basis.

On 27 March 2015, Slingsby announced the acquisition of ESE Direct Limited ("ESE"). Following the acquisition Mike Wyard, previously Finance Director of ESE, was appointed as Managing Director of ESE reporting to Dominic Slingsby.

Mike Wyard has today tendered his resignation, with Dominic Slingsby assuming direct responsibility for ESE for the time being. The Board will look to make a suitable appointment in due course.
