The Company announces that it has been informed that Morgan Morris, Interim Finance Director, has today purchased 1,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company at a price of £4.00 per ordinary share. His total holding in the Company is now 1,000 shares, equal to 0.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.
