Slingsby(H.C.)Plc25 January 2007 HC Slingsby plc (the "Company") Change of Non-executive Chairman The Board wishes to announce that Mr JF Slingsby has tendered his resignation asNon-executive Chairman of the Company with effect from 31 January 2007. From 1February 2007, Mr Slingsby will hold the honorary position of President. TheBoard would like to thank Mr Slingsby for his outstanding contribution to theCompany over a career spanning 53 years. The Board also wishes to announce that Mr J Waterhouse, currently anon-executive director of the Company, is to be appointed Non-executive Chairmanwith effect from 1 February 2007. Since the announcement of his appointment as a non-executive director of theCompany made on 26 October 2005, Mr Waterhouse, now aged 61, ceased to be anon-executive director and the deputy chair of North Bradford Primary Care Truston 30 September 2006. In addition, he was appointed Non-executive Chairman of AHMarks Limited on 1 March 2006. No other disclosures are required to be madeunder Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules.
