Board Changes

The Company announces that Dominic Slingsby has stepped down as Managing Director with immediate effect and will remain on the Board as Operations Director.

John Waterhouse, currently Non-Executive Chairman, has become Interim Executive Chairman with responsibility for the Group.

Morgan Morris and Lee Wright remain as Financial Director and Sales and Marketing Director respectively.
