SLF Realisation Fund Limited (the "Company") announces that Borrower 19*, a loan held within the Ordinary Share portfolio, has experienced a negative credit event following the collapse of a business sales process and the business being placed into administration by the management team. The valuation of Borrower 19 as at 30 June 2022 was £2.5m, representing 0.7p pence per Ordinary Share.
The Company is working with Borrower 19 and the administrators to gather further information and assess the Company's options.
