Total Voting Rights and Rule 2.10 Announcements

Total Voting Rights

Following the issue of a further 2,881 San Leon ordinary shares pursuant to a conversion request by holders of exchangeable shares (resultant from San Leon's acquisition of Realm Energy International Corporation), the total number of ordinary shares in the Company with voting rights will be 1,229,432,785, which figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.

In addition, San Leon maintains a blocklisting in respect of a further 10,459,418 ordinary shares to satisfy future requests by holders of exchangeable shares (resultant from San Leon's acquisition of Realm Energy International Corporation) to exchange such shares for new San Leon ordinary shares.

Rule 2.10

In accordance with Rule 2.10 of The City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, San Leon confirms that as at the date of this announcement, it has in issue and admitted to trading on AIM, 1,229,432,785 ordinary shares of €0.05 each (excluding any ordinary shares held in treasury). The International Securities Identification Number ("ISIN") of the San Leon ordinary shares is IE00B3CLK236.

In addition, San Leon has a sponsored Level 1 ADR programme for which the ISIN is US79846M1036.
