NOMAD Termination
San Leon Energy Plc, the AIM listed company focused on oil and gas exploration and production in Europe and Africa, announces that on 16th March 2016 it provided Notice of Termination to its Nominated Advisor ("NOMAD"), Stockdale Securities Ltd ("Stockdale"). The Company immediately commenced the process of finding and appointing a new NOMAD, and that process is well advanced.
The Company today terminated Stockdale's appointment as NOMAD with immediate effect on the grounds of breach by Stockdale of its agreement with the Company. The Company will update the market when its new NOMAD has been appointed. AIM Rules state that if the Company fails to appoint a new NOMAD within one month its shares will be delisted from AIM, but as stated above we are confident that the new appointment will be made well within that period.
