-------"This legal action signals the end of negotiations, and therefore, no deal, no money, no San Leon Energy."

---What a stupid conclusion to jump to 36800.
-
-Why on the earth do you think that SLE wanted the Palantir stock in the first place--certainly not as any form of investment, but rather as an asset that can be exchanged for cash.
-Whatever the " ins and outs " of the case are, it does sound like all contracts had been agreed and signed , but Tram did not complete their side, and deliver the stock.
-That being the nitty gritty of the case, SLE will undoubtedly win and gain control of the stock, (no matter how much mud Tram try to sling around), and that will in turn generate the cash SLE have been after.
-
-The reason it has taken so long appears to be down to TRAM, who it seems, have TWICE reneged on a deal, and maybe SLE will now seek some sort of damages as well as gaining the stock agreed to in this latest deal.
-
-A court case is now maybe only a few days away, and then we will all know the full story and be able to make educated statements rather than wild speculations about---" no deal, no money, no San Leon Energy."
