Board Changes

San Leon announces that Charles McEvoy, Operations Director, has decided to step down from the board and leave the Company with immediate effect to pursue other opportunities.
Mr McEvoy joined the Company to lead its restructuring and the building of a portfolio of hydrocarbon assets across a number of regions. In particular, he was instrumental in carrying out both the acquisitions of Gold Point Energy Corp. and Island Oil and Gas plc and their subsequent integration into the San Leon group. He also played a significant part in the placing that was completed last month. Now that the Company's focus has turned to commercialising and developing its assets, Mr McEvoy has decided to seek new opportunities.
San Leon also announces that Paul Sullivan, Commercial Director, has been promoted to Managing Director with immediate effect.
OisĆn Fanning, Chairman of San Leon, commented:
