Arbitration Update
As a supplement to the announcements dated 16 and 19 February 2016 concerning the ongoing dispute between certain of the Company's subsidiaries, including Aurelian Oil & Gas Limited (together, "Aurelian") and Avobone N.V. and Avobone Poland B.V. (together, "Avobone"), on 19 April 2016 the Company received particulars of an intended claim in the Irish courts from Avobone against Aurelian. The particulars of the claim are as detailed in the Company's announcement of 26 May 2015, and the Company's approach to the dispute remains unchanged from the announcements dated 16 and 19 February 2016.
The Company believes any action in Ireland to be inappropriate as none of the Aurelian companies is incorporated in Ireland, does business there, or has any material connection with that jurisdiction.
