San Leon Energy Plc ("San Leon" or the "Company") announces that application has been made for the admission to AIM of 2,363,600 new ordinary shares of Eur0.05 each in the Company ("Shares"), pursuant to the exercise of warrants.
The new Shares will rank pari passu in all respects will the Company's existing Shares, and dealings are expected to commence on 14 February 2011.
Following admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise 785,873,984 Ordinary Shares, with voting rights. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rights will be 785,873,984, which figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
