Placing and Subscription - update

Further to the announcements of 16 July 2018 and 19 July 2018, in which the Company announced, inter alia, a Placing and Subscription totalling £719,500, the Company announces that the split of First Placing Shares and Second Placing Shares (as defined in the 16 July 2018 announcement) has been amended, with the agreement of the relevant placees.

As such, 24,538,480 of the Placing Shares ("First Placing Shares") are expected to be allotted on 2 August 2018, with First Admission on 3 August 2018; and 9,230,760 of the Placing Shares ("Second Placing Shares") are expected to be allotted, conditional on completion of the Second Subscription, on or around 21 September 2018, with Second Admission on or around 24 September 2018.

First Admission is expected to now comprise 24,538,480 First Placing Shares, 10,769,231 First Subscription Shares and 4,615,384 Fee Shares, totalling 39,923,095 New Ordinary Shares  (all as defined in the 16 July 2018 announcement).
