Issue of Equity
Following the exercise of warrants at an exercise price of 0.65p per share (totalling £12,000), at a board meeting held on 4 March 2019 a total of 1,846,154 new ordinary shares of 0.01p each were allotted.
Application will be made for these shares to be admitting to trading on AIM, and Admission of the above shares is expected on or around 8 March 2019.
Total Voting Rights
For the purpose of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company's total issued ordinary share capital following Admission will be 456,673,026 ordinary shares of 0.01p each. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
