Notice of General Meeting
Further to the announcement headed "Placing and Subscription / Heads of Terms signed" of 16 July, Integumen announces that a notice of meeting has today been sent to the Company's shareholders.
The meeting will take place at 12:00 noon on 2 August 2018 at the offices of Jeffreys Henry LLP at Finsgate, 5-7 Cranwood Street, London EC1V 9EE.
