The following announcement replaces the announcement released on 21 March 2019 at 07:01 under RNS number 4876T. The contact details for the Company's broker have been corrected. The corrected announcement is set out below and all other details remain unchanged.
Exercise of Warrants
Integumen, the AIM-quoted announces that it has received notification from a warrant holder to exercise warrants over 2,000,000 shares of 0.01p each in the share capital of Integumen ("New Ordinary Shares"). The consideration for the exercise of the warrants amounts, in aggregate, to a cash value of £30,000.
The Warrant holder holds a further 6,333,332 warrants priced at 1.5p expiring January 2021. The New Ordinary Shares have been allotted, and application has been made for admission to trading on AIM ("Admission") for the New Ordinary Shares. Admission is expected on or about 26 March 2019. The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the ordinary shares of the Company in issue.
Total voting rights
The Company's total issued capital, after the issue of the New Ordinary Shares, will be 476,450,802 ordinary shares. As the Company does not hold any shares in Treasury, this figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company following Admission.
