Completion of Acquisition
Dated: 30 December 2010
Further to the Company's announcements of 22 and 29 December 2010, following the admission of 30,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each to trading on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange this morning, the share purchase agreement in respect of Devil Fish Poker Limited is now unconditional and the acquisition has been completed.
Following the issue of the 30,000,000 ordinary shares, the Company has 267,438,072 ordinary shares, each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.
The above figure of 267,438,072 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
