Shares to be issued in connection with the acquisition of Devil Fish Poker Limited ("DFP")

Further to the Company's announcement of 22 December 2010, the average of the closing mid-market prices of the Company's ordinary shares on the three days prior to Admission was 0.8p. Accordingly, pursuant to the terms of the conditional share purchase agreement, the number of ordinary shares of 0.1p each to be issued by TWL to Devilfish Gaming Plc ("DEVP") will be 30,000,000.
The 30,000,000 new ordinary shares are expected to be admitted to trading on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange on 30 December 2010.
