IMPORTANT CONTRACT WIN CONFIRMS EXPANSION
INTO ONLINE GAMING WITH "FC BETZ"

With the approach of the new football season in August the Board of TWL is delighted to announce that the expansion into on-line gaming under the brand name "FC Betz.com" is moving ahead with the signing of a partnership contract with another major football club, Derby County FC.

TWL has signed a multi-year contract with Derby County to become its gaming partner. Under the contract TWL will provide a full package of on-line gaming products to the club and its supporters. In addition TWL will run the Derby County Club Lottery under the new themed "FC Lotto" brand which TWL has created specially for the football market. This contract will commence from the beginning of the football season with TWL providing in-stadia and online gaming to the fan base of Derby County. As an incentive Derby County will be giving away 1,000 pairs of tickets to the first 1,000 fans who sign up with FC Betz.com.

The Board believes that this expansion will create additional revenues for the Company. Negotiations are continuing with several other major football clubs. The Board expects to make further announcements shortly of other similar contracts with other leading clubs in accordance with the AIM Rules.
