Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights
600 Group plc, the Industrial Laser Systems Business (AIM: SIXH), announces that following the exercise of share options under the 600 Group PLC 2011 Deferred Share Plan by former employees of the Group, the Group has made application for an aggregate of 450,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission").
The New Ordinary Shares shall rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue and Admission is expected to become effective at 8.00am on or around 15 June 2022.
For the purpose of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the FCA, the issued share capital of the Company on Admission will comprise 117,923,341 ordinary shares, none of which are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in the Group following Admission will be 117,923,341.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
