Retirement of Chief Executive Officer and

Appointment of Nigel Rogers

The 600 Group PLC (AIM:SIXH), the diversified engineering Company,announces that David Norman, CEO, will be retiring from the company with immediate effect.

Commenting, David Norman said: "Having led the company from the loss making period of 2008/9 back to producing an underlying profit during the last two years, I believe that it is now an appropriate time for me to stand down and hand the reins over."

Nigel Rogers (aged 50) will take over as Chief Executive Officer. He joins the Group having previously been Chief Executive Officer of Stadium Group Plc, a leading provider of electronic manufacturing services and power supply solutions with annual sales of approximately £45m. He has considerable experience in international business development, mergers and acquisitions and the strategic direction of diversified industrial groups.

 Commenting today 600 Group PLC Chairman, Paul Dupee said:
