Update regarding forthcoming General Meeting
SimiGon (LON: SIM) wishes to provide an update ahead of its General Meeting ("GM") to be held on Thursday, April 16, 2020 commencing at 9.00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (2.00 p.m. UK time). Full details and Notice of the GM ("GM Notice") were posted to shareholders and are available on the Company's website (www.simigon.com).
The Company wishes to update shareholders that, in light of the impact of the COVID-19 situation globally, the Company strongly encourages shareholders not to attend the meeting in person. SimiGon has authorized the Company's registrar and depositary, Computershare Investor Services PLC, to accept emails from shareholders and depositary interest holders with a digital scanned copy of their Form of Proxy or their Form of Instruction to the email address (!UKALLDITeam2@computershare.co.uk), with confirmation that the Form of Proxy or the Form of Instruction was submitted per the instructions detailed in the GM Notice. Verification processes will continue to be performed to assure vote validity.
