Total Voting Rights
In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules 5.6.1, the Company is required to notify the market of the following:
The Company's issued share capital consists of 346,498,956 ordinary shares. The voting rights of these shares are identical with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company holds no ordinary shares in Treasury.
The above figure of 346,498,956 shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
