Additional Listing

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 8,238,980 ordinary shares of no par value to be admitted to the Official List.

These shares, ranking pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in issue, have been previously issued and allotted to the Investment Manager, Symphony Investment Managers Limited, as part of the contractual arrangements with the Investment Manager as announced on 5 August 2011, 26 October 2010 and 6 August 2010.

It is expected that admission will occur on 20 June 2012.
