Sherborne Investors (Guernsey) C Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of James Christie to the Board as a non-executive director with effect from 1 September 2025.

James, a Guernsey resident, is a highly experienced financial services professional with a career spanning over 25 years in the fund administration services and fund management industries. His experience covers private and public companies invested in private equity, real estate, infrastructure, debt and energy. He has held a range of board appointments for fund management and licensed fund investment companies which has resulted in a strong focus on corporate governance and risk management.

He is currently executive director at Oak Fund Services (Guernsey) Limited with responsibility for client relationships and the delivery of fund administration services.

James was awarded an MBA from Henley Management College in 2001 and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment.

The Company confirms that there is no further information to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph LR 9.6.13R of the Listing Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority with regard to this appointment.
