Share plc (AIM: SHRE.LN) announces that on 30 May 2013 Richard Tolkien, Non-Executive Director of the Company, gifted 21,463 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence, representing 0.01% of the current issued ordinary shares, to his wife, Miss Sally Frances Rowley. Following this transaction, Richard Tolkien held 104,967 ordinary shares, representing 0.7% of the current issued ordinary shares.
As previously announced, on 14 June and 12 July, Richard Tolkien purchased "partnership shares" under the Company's Share Incentive Plan: on the same dates and under the same Plan, he was also awarded "matching shares". For clarity, these transactions are summarised below:
