Shoe Zone plc, the UK's largest value footwear retailer, announces that Louise Davis, the wife of Nick Davis, CEO of the Company, has purchased a total of 15,000 Ordinary Shares (the "Transactions").
Nick Davis and his closely associated persons have increased their combined holding to 70,199 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.14 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
