Further to the recent announcement of the appointment of Mr C V Geoghegan and Mrs V Murray OBE as Non-ExecutiveΒ Directors of the Company with effect from 1 July 2009 and the appointment of Mr J C Nicholls as a Non-ExecutiveΒ Director of the Company with effect from 6 November 2009.
