The Company announces that it was notified on 8 April 2022 that Chief Executive Officer, Steve Francis, had on 8 April 2022 purchased 48,685 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company. Prior to this transaction, Mr Francis had a beneficial interest in SIG of 815,769 ordinary shares and, following this transaction, Mr Francis' beneficial interest is now 864,454 ordinary shares in SIG.
