Notification and public disclosure of Restricted Share Plan Awards to Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities and their Closely Associated Persons

SIG plc announced at 12:51 on 12 April 2021 that it was notified on 9 April 2021 that its Chief Executive Officer, Steve Francis, had transferred a total of 307,257 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company to his spouse, including to his spouse's ISA. This was incorrect. The correct number of shares transferred from Steve Francis to his spouse was 258,000. Mrs Francis then transferred 49,257 ordinary shares to her ISA.
Following these transactions, Mr Francis' beneficial interest remains unchanged and he has a beneficial interest in a total of 815,769 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, representing 0.069% of the Company's issued share capital.
This announcement and the following disclosures are made in accordance with Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
