Director / PDMR Shareholdings
Urban Logistics announces that Nigel Rich, Non-Executive Chairman, and Bruce Anderson, Non-Executive Director, have purchased 110,000 and 4,446 shares in the Company respectively as part of the recent equity issuance by the Company, at a price of 137.5p, as announced on 9 March 2020.
As a result, Nigel Rich and Bruce Anderson's interest in the share capital of the Company is 335,536 and 50,000 Ordinary Shares respectively.
