NOTICE OF AGM AND POSTING OF ANNUAL REPORT
Scotgold (ASX:SGZ, AIM: SGZ) wishes to announce that a notice ("Notice") of its annual general meeting ("AGM") has today been posted to shareholders. The AGM will be held on Monday 28 November 2011 commencing at 11.00am (local time) at Perth Flying Squadron Yacht Club, Esplanade, Dalkeith WA, Australia.
The Company also wishes to announce that copies of its annual report have today been posted to shareholders.
Both the Notice and the annual report will be published on the Company's website.
