Scotgold Resources Limited (Company) advises that dispatch of the non-renounceable Rights Issue Prospectus dated 26 August 2015, together with personalised entitlement acceptance forms has occurred today, 8 September 2015.

Eligible Shareholders are advised that the Offer under the Prospectus opens for acceptance today, and the anticipated Closing Date for acceptances is 5.00pm (WST) on Wednesday 30 September 2015.
