Director/PDMR Shareholding
2015 LTIP vesting
On 22 May 2019, following a recommendation made by the Company, the Trustee of the SEGRO plc Employees' Benefit Trust resolved to release the shares under the 2015 Long Term Incentive Plan Award (the Award) to the below Directors/PDMRs.
The table below shows the number of shares released, and subsequently sold, and the resultant beneficial holdings:

Notes:
(a) Further details of the operation of the LTIP are available in the Company's 2018 Annual Report and Accounts. As estimated in the 2018 Annual Report and Accounts, the Company's performance against benchmarks resulted in a 100 per cent vesting of the Award.
(b) David Sleath's shareholding is 806 per cent of his base salary as at today's date. He is expected to hold shares equivalent to 300 per cent of his base salary.
Andy Gulliford and Phil Redding's shareholdings are 889 and 672 per cent of their base salaries respectively. They are expected to hold shares equivalent to 250 per cent of their base salaries.
The number of shares held which contribute towards the shareholding requirement, comprise beneficial interests, including shares held in the SIP, and shares under award in the DSBP net of income tax and national insurance. The value of the shares has been calculated using the vesting share price of the 2015 LTIP at 717.77 pence.
