Irrevocable undertakings
Further to the announcement on 26 September 2013 (the "Announcement") in respect of the recommended acquisition by The Stanley Gibbons Group plc ("Stanley Gibbons") of Noble Investments (UK) plc ("Noble"), (the "Acquisition"), the boards of Stanley Gibbons and Noble announce that the irrevocable undertakings signed by the directors of Noble in connection with the Acquisition have been amended and re-signed to correct an unintentional error. All information set out in the Announcement with regard to the irrevocable undertakings received by Stanley Gibbons in connection with the Acquisition remains unchanged and all of these irrevocable undertakings are available for inspection on the websites of Stanley Gibbons and Noble.
