Stanley Gibbons Group Limited03 August 2007 THE STANLEY GIBBONS GROUP LIMITED3 AUGUST 2007 THE STANLEY GIBBONS GROUP LIMITED ('Stanley Gibbons' or 'the Company') DIRECTORATE CHANGE Stanley Gibbons announces that Paul Fraser is stepping aside today as Chairmanand Director of the Company, as previously announced, but will continue as aconsultant to the Company, at least until April 2008. After several months ofdiscussions with fellow Directors, it has been agreed that, after the release ofthe excellent Interim results earlier today, this would be an opportune momentfor Mr Fraser to step down with a strong strategy for growth firmly in place. With immediate effect Bob Henkhuzens, currently a Non-Executive Director of the Company, will become Interim Chairman until a new Chairman is appointed. Bob Henkhuzens said, 'Paul has been Chairman of Stanley Gibbons since its introduction to AIM in September 2000 and has been involved in the Stanley Gibbons business since 1989. The Board wishes to thank him for his invaluable contribution to the Company's successful growth and development, particularly over the last seven years.
