Severfield announces that John Dodds, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, has been appointed as Non-Executive Director of Sweett Group plc with effect from 21 July 2014 and as Non-Executive Chairman as of 29 August 2014.
This notification satisfies the Company's obligations under the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rule 9.6.14.
