Director/PDMR Shareholding and Additional Listing
The Company announces that it was notified on 29 March 2010 that 440,816 new ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") had been issued pursuant to the vesting of awards over the Company's Ordinary Shares granted in 2007 under the Company's Share Performance Plan.
Certain persons discharging managerial responsibilities are beneficiaries of the issue, as set out below:
