Severfield plc, the market leading structural steel group, announces that Tony Osbaldiston, a non-executive director of the Company and chair of the audit committee, is retiring today from the Board of the Company following the completion of his nine-year tenure. He is succeeded as audit committee chair by Mark Pegler who was appointed as a non-executive director on 3rd October 2022. The Board would like to thank Tony for the outstanding contribution he has made to Severfield during his tenure.
