Severfield plc, the market leading structural steel group, announces that Louise Hardy, a non-executive director of the Company and chair of the remuneration committee and workforce engagement director, has resigned from the Board of the Company. Louise was appointed in 2019. Louise has agreed to remain on the Board until a replacement is recruited with a target date of 30 September 2024.

Charlie Cornish, Non-Executive Chair, commented:

"We would like to thank Louise for her valuable contribution to the Board and to the Group's growth over the last five years, particularly as our first workforce engagement director."
