The Company received notification on 26 September 2022 that Rupert Faure Walker had bought 98,408 ordinary shares of £0.25 each at an average price of £1.5648 each (for an aggregate price of £153,988.84).
Following this purchase, Rupert Faure Walker is interested in 1,008,450 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.179% of the entire issued share capital of the Company.
