The Company was notified on 27 March 2020 that Sir Martin Sorrell, a PDMR, has made a charitable donation of 3,500,000 ordinary shares of £0.25 each.
Following the donation, Sir Marin Sorrell holds 51,855,077 shares in the company, representing approximately 10.8% of the entire issued share capital of the Company.
