Safestyle UK plc ("Safestyle" or the "Company") announces that the Company was notified on 2 January 2018 by Gillian Robinson, the wife of Mike Robinson, Chief Financial Officer, that she had sold a total of 105,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on 2 January 2018 at a price of £1.668 per Ordinary Share.
Following the sale, Mr Robinson and his connected persons have a beneficial interest in 211,499 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.26 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
