Exercise of Share Options and PDMR Notification
Exercise of Share Options
The Group announces that it has today applied to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for the listing of, in aggregate, 34,470 new ordinary shares of 18p each in Servelec Group PLC and for those shares to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities.
6,536 of the new shares are being issued in respect of the exercise of options under the Company's SAYE scheme for good leavers and the remaining 27,934 new shares are being issued in respect of the exercise of options under the Company's ESOP scheme.
All of these shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue. It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings in these shares will commence on 16 December 2016.
PDMR Notification
The notification below is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a)
On 13 December 2016, Alex Moore, a person discharging managerial responsibility, cancelled his options made through the Servelec Group plc Approved SAYE Plan due to personal reasons, as noted below:
