Directors' Interests
Servelec Group Plc announces today that 22,521 shares were exercised by employees in relation to the SAYE scheme and were allotted from the block listing announced on 16 January 2017.
The exercise of options included the exercise of shares by Mr. Mike Cane, who is a Director of the Company and is described below. Following the exercise Mr. Mike Cane has interests in 79,327 shares.
Following the allotment, the Company's issued share capital consists of 69,729,582 Ordinary Shares which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
