Share acquisition by Director
Sepura plc, a leading global provider of critical communications solutions, announces that on 8 January 2016 Gordon Watling, its Chief Executive Officer, acquired 425 ordinary shares of £0.0005 each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 190 pence per Share as a result of his participation in the Company's dividend reinvestment plan.
Following these acquisitions, Mr Watling has an increased interest in 303,954 Shares representing approximately 0.16% of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding treasury shares). Of this balance, 103,757 Shares are held by Mr Watling personally, and 200,197 Shares are held by Tonia Watling.
The Company was notified of these trades on 11 January 2016.
