Admission of Placing Shares and Subscription Shares
Jersey, Channel Islands, 17 December 2020 -- Serinus Energy plc ("Serinus", or the "Company") (AIM:SENX, WSE:SEN)Â is pleased to announce the admission of 728,788,669 Placing Shares and 59,148,183 Subscription Shares for trading on AIM, following approval by shareholders of the resolution at the Extraordinary General Meeting on 15 December 2020. The total number of shares in issue following admission of the Placing Shares and the Subscription Shares will be 1,027,735,227.
