Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, the Company announces the following:

As at the 30 October 2020, the Company's issued share capital consists of 526,143,739 ordinary shares of £0.01, of which none are held in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights is 526,143,739 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the voting rights of the Company.

The Company is targeting an attractive total return for shareholders of 7-8 per cent. per annum (net of fees and expenses and by reference to the initial issue price of £1.00 per Ordinary Share), with a stable dividend income, capital preservation and the opportunity for capital growth. The Company is targeting a dividend of 5.5p per share in respect of the financial year to 31 March 2021. SEEIT's last published NAV was 101.0p per share as at 31 March 2020.
