SDCL Energy Efficiency Income Trust plc

SDCL Energy Efficiency Income Trust plc is pleased to announce the third quarterly interim dividend in respect of the year ending 31 March 2022 of 1.405 pence per Ordinary Share. The shares will go ex-dividend on 10 March 2022 and the dividend will be paid on 31 March 2022 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 11 March 2022.

The Company is targeting a dividend of 5.62p per share in respect of the financial year to 31 March 2022. SEEIT's last published NAV was 104.5p per share as at 30 September 2021.
