SEEING MACHINES (the "Company")

CEO TO DEPART AT END OF CONTRACT

Seeing Machines Limited (AIM:SEE), a leading developer of advanced vision based industrial systems, announces today that CEO and Director Dr Nick Cerneaz will leave the Company in July 2011.

Dr Cerneaz has been with the Company since 2005 and took over as CEO in September 2005 and led the Company at the time of its listing on AIM in December 2005. For the six years that he has been with the company he has commuted to the Canberra head office from his home in Sydney where he lives with his wife and young family. Dr Cerneaz and the Board of Seeing Machines have agreed his tenure as CEO will conclude at the end of this contract. Dr Cerneaz has also agreed to assist the Company in a consulting capacity throughout a handover period as required.

The Board is currently conducting a search for a replacement to lead the Company, as it seeks to move through the next phase of growth and commercialisation. Seeing Machines manufactures a range of world leading products from fatigue management tools through to 3D visualisation and medical technologies, and the Board remains committed to driving a strategy of growth through commercialisation of these technologies and products.

Dr Cerneaz commented: "I have very much enjoyed the efforts and contribution I have made at Seeing Machines and greatly valued the opportunity to work with such a dedicated, professional and energetic team. We have successfully moved the Company through an extensive period of development and laid the foundations for tremendous commercial success ahead, particularly with significant contracts established in our DSS and faceAPI businesses and strong pipelines ahead. I wish to take this opportunity to thank all my colleagues and the stakeholders in the business that have encouraged and supported our efforts and wish the company well in its forward endeavours."

Chairman Bill Mobbs commenting on Dr Cerneaz's departure said: "The Board is extremely grateful to Nick for his leadership of the Company throughout his tenure which was characterised by strong commitment, professionalism, drive and enthusiasm in taking the Company forward. We wish Nick well in his future endeavours and join with everyone at Seeing Machines in thanking Nick wholeheartedly for his efforts on behalf of the Company. "
